Principal Automation Engineer
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Principal Automation Engineer to join a leading industrial automation company based in New Jersey. You will be responsible for developing and implementing automation solutions for a range of clients. You will be required to work alongside other engineers and technical experts to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automation solutions to meet client requirements
- Work with other engineers and technical experts to ensure solutions are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Provide technical support to clients throughout the project life cycle
- Conduct research and development to identify new automation technologies and techniques
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
Skills:
- Strong experience with RSLogix, Contrologix, Allen Bradley, PLC, HMI, SCADA, Wonderware, Ignition, Systems Integration
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience
Additional Information:
- Remote working available
- Salary: Up to $150,000 based on experience
