My client is currently seeking a full-time Production Coordinator to help manage the pre-production needs of various live and virtual projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of pre-production needs of various live and virtual projects.
- Support sales, logistics & onsite technical staff to create a more streamlined approach to complex events as well as supporting virtual meetings.
- Assist with equipment selection, venue/logistical coordination, and pre-production planning.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in the Live Event/Staging and Trade Show industry.
- Knowledge in production, virtual meetings, and equipment selection.
- Previous experience in venue/logistical coordination.
- Experience in pre-production planning.
- Knowledge of multiple areas of production, with a focus on technical drawings and a strong working knowledge of Vectorworks is required.
