We are looking for experienced Mechanical Project Managers to oversee on multi-million dollar projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with other teams including engineers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success.
- Manage a team of Assistant Project Managers & Project Engineers to ensure projects are completed on budget and within schedule.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, while proactively identifying and addressing risks and challenges.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork on-site, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on project status and progress.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing mechanical construction projects, with a minimum of 5 years in a project management role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
