Introduction:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated project manager to join our client. The successful candidate will oversee the construction of multifamily apartments with wrap-around designs that offer top-quality living spaces to residents. Our client is a large scale general contractor with several projects lined up for 2024 and beyond!
Responsibilities:
As the Project Manager for this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring timely completion of projects within budget
- Coordinating between architects, engineers, contractors and clients
- Scheduling work activities while ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Managing all aspects from pre-construction through post-completion
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Experience building Wrap, Podium or Garden Style Projects
- Ideally would have experience leading a project up to $80 million in value
- Precast or Cast in Place garage construction experience is a must
