Job Title: Project Realization Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Realization Manager to join a leading developer in Japan. The Project Realization Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and delivery of onshore wind projects from the project realization phase. This role requires strong project management skills, leadership abilities, and an understanding of project finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall execution of projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Coordinate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project completion.
- Develop project plans, time lines, and milestones, and monitor progress against these benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors including EPC, O&M, PPA, Insurance and Project Financing to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address project challenges and ensure successful delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Lead project meetings, review project performance, and prepare reports for senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies throughout the project life cycle.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Realization Manager in energy sector, with a track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
- Effective communication skills in Japanese and English, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
