An renowned infrastructure/engineering consultancy firm is looking for a Regional Coastal Director in Singapore to lead the APAC projects (except Singapore) in coastal/marine engineering, land reclamation, dredging etc. You will be responsible in all strategic planning, project management and execution of coastal projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a regional team and operations in coastal engineering across APAC (except Singapore)
- Participate in strategic planning, business development, project management, and construction projects in the region
- Study the regional market and open up new business opportunities for coastal, land reclamation, jetty construction, dredging, marine structure and more
- Align engineering practices across department and client expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Manage regional budget and resource allocation
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of the projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any relevant disciplines. MBA is preferred.
- 15+ years of project, technical, leadership experience in civil engineering, at least 5+ in coastal engineering projects
- Completed full end-to-end projects before for coastal infrastructure
- Familiar with coastal engineering requirements
- Experienced in business development and project development across APAC region
- Ability to travel regionally up to 50%
