We are currently recruiting for a Resource Planning Consultant for a leading consulting firm. This is a permanent, fully remote position.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain resource planning models
- Analyze and interpret data related to resource planning
- Identify and recommend improvements to resource planning processes
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop resource plans and forecasts
- Provide technical support to clients on resource planning and forecasting issues
- Communicate complex resource planning information to non-technical stakeholders
Skills:
- Strong modeling background
- Experience with PLEXOS and PROMOD
- Experience with integrated resource planning and load forecasting
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
