Responsibilities:
- Managing the sales project team during the sales phase, for negotiations and opportunities of new offshore wind projects
- Responsible for solution packages and offers in response to customer's requests for tenders
- Negotiating the supply contracts and internal coordination with global teams
- Motivating the sales team and creating a frame for success in a highly paced and professional environment
- Identify and develop opportunities for assigned projects /accounts as appropriate
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in international large-scale project management and/or project sales
- Experience from the energy or entrepreneurial sector is advantageous
- Experience of, and responsibility for, complex (sales) project management in multicultural teams and with highly professional customers
- Languages: proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must.
- Excellent Commercial and Contractual understanding and negotiation skills
