- Bachelor's Degree - Engineering, Natural Resources, Planning, or Construction Management preferred
- Previous experience in the solar, construction, or real estate industry
- Prior experience developing C&I solar projects
- Experience developing projects on parking lots, greenfield, landfills, parking lots, and brownfields
- Ability to work remotely and travel
