- Lead the ground-up development of a Four Seasons Hotel project, managing all aspects from conception to completion, including branded residences, back-of-house projects, support facilities, infrastructure, employee housing, and auxiliary buildings.
- Utilize your 15-20 years of experience in the Caribbean, hospitality, and Central America, with a strong preference for Belize market knowledge.
- Proficiency in Spanish is essential for effective communication with stakeholders and subcontractors.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and P6 will be instrumental in project documentation and scheduling.
- Oversee project lifecycle activities, including scope development, contract management, subcontractor solicitation, scheduling, estimating, procurement, and financial controls.
- Leverage your understanding of the local subcontractor base in Belize to assemble a skilled project team, comprising Superintendents, project engineers, and project administrators.
