The Role:
We are partnered with one of the leading contractors to find them the very best Senior Project Managers that Michigan has to offer. The successful candidate for this role will go straight into working on a highly notable, $250M+ data center project, that has broken ground within the last month.
The company specialises in high voltage construction across most construction markets including Data Centers and Industrial Construction, with the first project being a data center. Experience in working with new and renovation electrical construction experience in these market sectors is therefore essential to be successful in this role.
Essential Experience Required:
- 10+ Years of working with high voltage, $100M+ construction projects
- Experience working with Data Centers, Battery Plant, Manufacturing Facilities or Cold Storage
- Experience handling projects valued over $250M is highly desired
- Located in Michigan or willing to travel in the area
- Experience working for an electrical sub-contractor is essential
- 10+ Years of Project Management
Desired Experience:
- Experience handling new electrical construction or renovation projects
- Experience leading projects valued over $50M
- Experience travelling
- Have degree in electrical construction or other similar qualifications
- 5+ Years as a Project Manager in the electrical construction space
