We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Superintendent to join a leading US General Contractor. Our client is expanding into the Data Center sector and is looking for an individual to grow out the division in Georgia. The ideal candidate is experienced in ground-up data center construction and can manage the day-to-day operations of large-scale facilities with ease. If you have a passion for building exceptional structures from scratch while ensuring that all project timelines stay on track, then this is the perfect role for you.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Minimum 10 years' experience working as a Superintendent
- Experience managing multi-million dollar projects successfully
- Ability to read blueprints and comprehend technical drawings accurately
Skills:
Leadership - As an essential part of any successful team management position, leadership skills will be crucial when overseeing multiple subcontractors during each phase of your assigned project.
Problem-solving - With plenty of unforeseen challenges likely presenting themselves throughout every stage involved within constructing such intricate buildings (especially considering they're starting from scratch), being able to think critically under pressure will come naturally with practice.
Communication - Maintaining excellent communication between yourself, other members inside/outside teams responsible too ensures everyone stays up-to-date regarding deadlines/milestones which helps prevent costly mistakes further down the line.
