Job Title: Senior Transmission Line Project Manager
Salary: $150,000 - $165,000
Summary: An esteemed ENR Top 100 company is currently seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Senior Transmission Line Project Manager to join their team in Denver, Colorado. You will play a key role in driving the success of complex transmission projects for clients nationwide.
The Senior Transmission Line Project Manager will be responsible forโฆ
- Manage complex large and high visibility transmission projects for key clients across the U.S.
- Supervise direct report staff, implement best Project Management practices, pursue Business Development opportunities, and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Offer project advice to direct report staff, engineering teams and management
- Support established organization methods and procedures
- Supervise project financials, billing, and scheduling
- Maintain a broad and extensive understanding of project management principles, business practices, transmission engineering activities, and showcasing the ability to apply that knowledge and experience to all successfully manage a high-voltage transmission project
The Senior Transmission Line Project Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited university
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 5+ years of relevant work experience: managing complex transmission line design projects in the utilities industry and experience with local, state, and federal permitting processes
- Experience mentoring and/or leading technical engineers through full project lifecycle, providing technical guidance on PLS-CADD and PLS-Pole
- Travel up to 15-25% as required for project and client visits
