LVI is working with a well-established engineering firm here in St Charles county who now due now to growth in 2023 are now looking to grow and expand their site development team to help facilitate clients across the nation. They are looking for an experienced project manager with experience in managing on a range of Residential, commercial & Industrial projects to help facilitate their growth in 2024. The ideal candidate will have a passion for going out and winning work, interacting with clients on a day to day bases as well as supporting a team to ensure projects are on scope and on time.
Basic Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program.
- Five or more years of civil site design experience.
- Licensed P.E. in Kansas or Missouri
- MS Office experience (Word and Excel).
- Self-motivated and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with managing on a range of complex single family, multi family, commercial & Industrial type projects
- Experience managing direct report(s), including staff development.
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D.
- Business development skills.
