Salary: $130,000-$160,000/year based on experience

The Site Development Project Manager will be responsible for:
- 30/70 technical vs. managerial scope mentoring engineering teams while developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong technical and civil engineering skills in relation to land development projects.
- Experience in leading team initiatives and quality control maintenance.
- Seek new business opportunities, prepare proposals, win new projects, and prep client presentations.
The Site Development Project Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (required) and Professional Engineering (PE) license
- 8+ years experience in land development and business development
- Commercial and industrial project design and management
- Fluent in AutoCAD Civil3D
