Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Solar Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of solar energy projects in Melbourne, Australia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the solar industry, with a deep understanding of the local market regulations and grid interconnection process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of solar energy projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against established targets.
- Liaise with national authorities and local municipalities to secure necessary permits, approvals, and grid interconnection agreements.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to identify project requirements and constraints.
- Lead project meetings, communicate project status updates, and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the solar industry.
