Sr. Director of Project Exeution

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Environment, Mechanical Engineering or similar
• 10 years of experience in Projects regarding complex equipment systems with >$2 million
• EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) Contracting and Design-Build
• Experience in piping and construction, food and beverage manufacturing, equipment using anaerobic/aerobic digestion technology treating waste water

Typical Duties:

• Manage a water project team, create the SOW, create budget & timeline ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Develop, oversee, and document project finances, timelines, and contractual commitments
• Convey information to team members and provide updates to management during weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings. Present progress to the executive team regarding performance against objectives and significant capital initiative
• Facilitate negotiations and assist in overseeing site design and construction through the design-build approach
• Foster relationships with clients while maintaining company objectives and strategies
• Create an atmosphere of team work, growth while promoting safety
