Sr. Engineer - Land Development: $120k-145k

They are well known for their large-scale residential land development work, along with their diverse catalogue of Government, Utility, and Public Works projects. Working with their established team of principals, project managers, engineers, and design staff with the right experience, they are interested in putting together a position that would best suit you within reason (in terms of title, responsibilities, and compensation).

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple land and site development projects
- Coordinate and lead engineering design activities
- Prepare feasibility reports and cost estimates
- Manage project schedules and budgets
- Mentor and guide EITs
- Collaborate with a team of talented designers
- Manage existing client relationships
- Coordinate with external consultants to streamline project processes
- Spearhead business development initiatives, driving company growth and expansion
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
- Registered Professional Engineer in Arizona
- 8+ years of civil consulting experience
- Working knowledge of CAD software
