Partnered with an award-winning full service engineering firm that's looking for a Bridge Project Delivery Leader. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of extensive experience in leading structural design and engineering teams across Tennessee. You will be responsible for business development to win new bridge projects, overseeing design work and personnel, and have some working knowledge of finances (budgets, invoicing, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead structural design and engineering initiatives throughout Tennessee, ensuring successful development and delivery of projects.
- Drive business development and marketing efforts to secure future clients and projects, contributing to the growth and sustainability of the firm.
- Provide senior-level structural expertise, overseeing conceptual engineering, detailed designs, and contract document preparation for construction projects.
- Serve as Project/Program and Contractual Manager for various structure-related projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Lead internal and client meetings, presentations, and plan approvals, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Direct project staff and sub-consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the firm, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout project life cycles.
- Offer engineering judgement and initiative within the field of Structural Engineering, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Recruit, train, and mentor entry-level and junior structural engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- PE license in Tennessee or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- 15+ Years of bridge design and management experience
- Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in proposal development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Structural Engineering.
- Experience with Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) and local municipalities.
Benefits:
- Salary range commensurate upon experience starting at $120,000 - $190,000
