- Work from home. Commute to client sites to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

- Offer customer service to clients, maintaining strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Technical Requirements:
- Electrical Engineering background.
- Experience in energy storage systems.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in energy storage systems.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
