Responsibilities
As the Water Business Leader, you will be responsible for the following:
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the business
* Manage and grow the team
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Provide technical expertise to clients
* Manage project budgets
* Establish and maintain relationships with clients
* Ensure the quality of work meets client expectations
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

* At least 12 years of experience in the Water/Wastewater Engineering field
* Professional Engineering License

- The Water Business Leader role is a permanent position based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. The salary for this position is minimum $150000.
- Our client offers a variety of training & leadership programs for all levels in the business. These can be online, or some offered in person and allows all employees to work with their managers to envision how they can grow. Everyone is also assigned a mentor to have someone outside of their manager to speak with / have ideas from.
- Our client has dedicated Water Design Centres - which provide the horsepower from a technical standpoint - and a Water Technology team - a team of PhD's of which are flown out to help on specific projects.
- They are also flexible with WFH and hours, so long as mentorship can be provided as they continue to grow the team.
