- **Technical Proficiency**: Mastery over SWMM (Storm Water Management Model), AutoCAD design tools, HEC-RAS (preferred but not a requirement)
- **Professional Certification**: A PE (Professional Engineer) license that demonstrates your commitment and credibility within the field.
- **Mentorship Capabilities**: Comfortability in teaching stormwater management practices to junior engineers with SHA 2x a month
