Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager Needed in Fairfax, VA
Our client is an employee-owned water sector company located in Northern Virginia seeking a highly experienced and skilled Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing water distribution and transmission mains while also managing projects from start to finish.
Qualifications:
- 10-25 years of experience working within the water/wastewater industry
- Must have PE certification in Virginia
Skills:
Water Distribution & Transmission Mains Designing
- The ideal candidate must possess extensive knowledge about designing both systems involved with distributing clean drinking/consumable quality waters as well as transmitting wastewater or sewage products through pipelines that are safe, efficient, reliable whilst avoiding contamination.
- Experience in sewage gravity systems and force mains, and pumping stations is preferred. Technical proficiency in water and wastewater infrastructure design. Water Storage design experience is preferred, but not required
Project Management
- As you shall manage each project carefully ensuring everything runs smoothly throughout all phases from initiation until delivery; therefore we expect candidates who can comfortably handle this responsibility without any issues whatsoever.
Business Development
- Additionally having strong business acumen is essential since part of your role involves identifying new opportunities where our clients' services would thrive thereby creating long-term relationships which ultimately contribute positively towards meeting organizational goals.
Salary & Benefits:
Our client offers competitive in the range of at $140,000-$200,000 annually along with additional benefits such as bonuses, health insurance coverage alongside paid leave days plus much more!
