Water Treatment Project Manager
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Water Treatment Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will oversee the planning, design, and execution of water treatment projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Initiation:
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Conduct feasibility studies and assess potential risks and constraints associated with each project.
Project Execution and Monitoring:
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor project progress and performance against established milestones and goals.
- Implement effective communication and reporting mechanisms to keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure that all project activities adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in water treatment.

Resource Management:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the water treatment or environmental engineering industry.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
- Strong technical knowledge of water treatment processes, technologies, and systems.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
