Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of water treatment plant projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead risk management and issue resolution efforts to keep projects on track.
- Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, providing regular updates on milestones and potential risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing water treatment plant projects, with a minimum of 5 years in a project management role.
- In-depth knowledge of water treatment processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
