Position Overview:
In this role, you'll lead the technical charge on restoring and revitalizing building facades, blending structural integrity with architectural elegance. From early-stage assessments to hands-on construction oversight, you'll be at the heart of projects that demand both engineering rigor and creative finesse.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed investigations and condition assessments of existing facades
- Develop restoration strategies that balance preservation with innovation
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams through all project phases
- Oversee construction activities to ensure quality and compliance
- Stay ahead of evolving codes, materials, and restoration technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in structural design or forensic investigation of buildings
- Proficiency in RISA-3D, Tedds, or similar structural design software
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or BIM (Revit) technologies is a plus
- Professional Engineering (PE or SE) license is a plus
- Strong understanding of building envelope systems, materials, and deterioration mechanisms
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
