A California statewide surveying firm is expanding its office land survey teams across California and is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to join one of their California offices. This firm is known for its strong backlog of boundary, monumentation, and right-of-way projects in development, infrastructure, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute boundary, topographic, monumentation and right-of-way projects.
  • Lead and mentor office staff, ensuring accuracy and quality of deliverables.
  • Handle calculations, data analysis, and client reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with state and local surveying regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

  • PLS (Professional Land Surveyor) certification in California is preferred. LSIT's (Land Surveyors In Training) are also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in boundary, topographic, monumentation and right-of-way projects.
  • Proficiency with GPS, total stations, and survey software.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
