Creative Director (Experiential) - New York
Overview:
We are looking for a Creative Director to lead and shape the creative vision across a range of high-impact experiential, live event, and brand activation projects. This role will sit at the heart of the business, driving concept development, storytelling, and execution for global brands and large-scale productions.
This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who can operate both strategically and creatively-owning ideas from pitch through to delivery while mentoring and developing creative teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative direction across experiential campaigns, live events, and immersive brand experiences
- Develop and present compelling concepts, narratives, and design strategies to clients and stakeholders
- Oversee projects from initial brief through to production and final execution, ensuring creative integrity throughout
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including production, fabrication, strategy, and client services
- Translate client objectives into engaging, commercially viable creative solutions
- Mentor and guide designers and wider creative teams, setting the standard for output and execution
- Stay ahead of industry trends across experiential, design, technology, and brand storytelling
Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience in experiential, live events, or creative agencies
- Proven track record delivering large-scale brand experiences and activations
- Strong portfolio showcasing concept development through to execution
- Experience working with global brands and managing senior client relationships
- Ability to lead both creatively and operationally in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator-comfortable pitching and presenting at a high level

Compensation:
