What You'll Do
- Lead geotechnical design and analysis for dams, reservoirs, and embankments
- Oversee site investigations, material testing, and construction-phase support
- Provide technical guidance to project teams and resolve field challenges
- Ensure compliance with USACE and state standards
What We're Looking For
- PE license (Florida or reciprocity)
- 10+ years in geotechnical engineering with dam/reservoir experience
- Strong background in soil mechanics, slope stability, seepage analysis
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills
Preferred
- Master's in Geotechnical/Civil Engineering
- Experience as Engineer of Record on dam projects
- Familiarity with USACE and state agency standards
