Data Center Security Manager
A cloud service provider is looking for a Data Center Security Manager to oversee the physical security and operational integrity of its facilities in Malaysia or Thailand. This role is critical in ensuring the safety, resilience, and compliance of high-availability data center environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage real-time responses to security alerts and incidents to ensure uninterrupted and secure operations.
- Conduct in-depth security assessments and identify areas for improvement in physical infrastructure and operational processes.
- Lead regular inspections to detect vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures.
- Develop and refine standard operating procedures for physical security management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain robust security systems and protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in physical security management within large-scale data centers or enterprise environments.
- Strong technical knowledge in physical security systems and solution design.
- Proven ability to manage and respond to large-scale security incidents; experience in Red Teaming is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with a collaborative and responsible work ethic.
