Design Specialist - Water/Wastewater
Unlike rigid, metrics-driven consultancies, our client puts people first - both their employees and the communities they serve. This is a statewide firm with a strong reputation in the water and wastewater sector, regularly competing (and winning) against much larger international firms through technical excellence, client trust, and agility.
The culture is family orientated, trusting, and genuinely collaborative. Engineers are empowered to take real ownership of their projects, make decisions, and lead without micromanagement. Wellbeing and long-term success are valued far more than utilization targets. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to come in and be a leader, provide mentorship, work hard, and be severely rewarded.
