About the organisation
Key responsibilities
- Carry out service, fault finding, and troubleshooting on HVAC controls and BAS systems
- Perform preventative maintenance visits and system health checks
- Support small works and minor upgrades alongside senior engineers
- Diagnose control issues related to sensors, controllers, networks, and field devices
- Work with Niagara‑based systems in live commercial environments
- Produce clear service reports and communicate findings with customers and the internal team
- Build familiarity with client sites and plant operation over time
- Participate in a limited on‑call rota (low frequency)
Required experience and skills
- 2-3 years of hands‑on experience in HVAC controls or building automation
- Background in service, maintenance, or support of BAS / BMS systems
- Practical understanding of HVAC plant and control sequences
- Exposure to Niagara frameworks (training level or field experience acceptable)
- Comfortable working independently on site with support when needed
- Full eligibility to work in the United States and valid driving licence
Desirable experience
- Experience with small controls projects or minor modifications
- Familiarity with common field devices and control panels
- Basic networking or protocol awareness within building systems
- Interest in developing towards a more senior service or project role

- Field‑based role covering Greater Boston and surrounding areas
