Jr. Project Manager I MBR Wastewater Systems
Location: Remote - Bothell, WA
A leading organization in municipal wastewater treatment is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee MBR system projects from design to implementation. This role requires expertise in process engineering, project management, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring successful delivery of water treatment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) wastewater treatment projects, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Lead procurement efforts, securing optimal equipment selection and cost management.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors, negotiating for quality, cost, and delivery (QCD).
- Develop and maintain technical project documentation, including P&IDs, RFIs, and submittals.
- Conduct site visits to oversee project progress and regulatory adherence.
- Monitor budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder reporting to drive project success.
Qualifications & Skills:
- B.S. in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (or related field).
- 5+ years of experience in EPC or DBO environments, with specialization in MBR systems or municipal wastewater treatment.
- Strong technical foundation in process engineering, regulatory compliance, and project execution.
- Experience developing P&IDs, submittals, RFIs, and handling change orders.
- Preferred: PMP certification, municipal wastewater experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools.
