Project Executive- Industrial Construction Projects

A privately held, fully integrated design-build firm is looking to appoint a Project Executive to lead and grow a high-performing team delivering complex industrial and manufacturing projects across Texas.

This is a senior leadership opportunity with full P&L responsibility, strong client-facing exposure, and the backing of an established, design-build platform with in-house capabilities from concept through delivery.


The Role

  • Provide executive oversight across multiple projects within industrial, food & beverage, cold storage, and manufacturing sectors
  • Lead project teams including Project Managers, Superintendents, and preconstruction staff
  • Own client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for key accounts
  • Drive project performance (schedule, budget, safety, quality) across a regional portfolio
  • Support business development efforts, including repeat work and new client acquisition
  • Partner closely with design, estimating, and operations teams in a true design-build environment

What They're Looking For

  • 10-15+ years' experience with a General Contractor or Design-Build firm
  • Proven leadership across large-scale industrial or manufacturing projects (food & beverage / cold storage experience highly preferred)
  • Track record managing multiple projects or a portfolio at once
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience overseeing budgets, margins, and client negotiations
  • Previous experience developing teams and mentoring Project Managers
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
