Restoration Project Manager
My client is hiring a Restoration Project Manager to lead structural repair and rehabilitation projects across South Florida. This role is focused on delivering concrete restoration, façade repair, and building rehabilitation projects from investigation through construction.
What You'll Do
- Manage restoration projects from assessment through design and construction
- Perform structural condition assessments and site investigations
- Develop repair scopes, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and design teams
- Review submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders
- Perform site inspections and monitor construction progress
- Identify deficiencies and resolve field issues
- Ensure compliance with Florida Building Code and industry standards
- Prepare technical reports and project documentation
- Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
What You Need
- PE license (Florida)
- 5+ years' experience in structural restoration / concrete repair
- Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete systems and corrosion-related deterioration
- Experience with façade, balcony, and parking structure repairs
- Ability to read drawings and manage construction activities
- Solid communication and client-facing skills
