Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director to lead and grow the Australian operations, with a core focus on data center consultancy and project delivery. This strategic leadership role encompasses business development, client engagement, team management, and project oversight across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regional consulting operations in Australia, focusing on data center design, engineering, and commissioning.
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Australian market, including client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
  • Leverage a strong network in the data center industry to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Oversee the delivery of critical infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with international standards and client expectations.
  • Build and manage a high-performing local team of consultants and engineers.
  • Represent the company at industry events, forums, and client meetings to enhance visibility and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency in service delivery and technical excellence.
  • Provide market intelligence and contribute to regional business planning

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in data center consulting, engineering, or project management.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams and delivering complex infrastructure projects.
  • Strong network within the Australian data center ecosystem, including developers, operators, consultants, and contractors.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
  • Deep understanding of critical systems (power, cooling, connectivity) and commissioning processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a regional business unit.
