We're hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and client engagement for a growing ground improvement solutions provider. This is a strategic, relationship-driven role ideal for someone with a background in geotechnical engineering, construction, or deep foundations who's ready to influence how infrastructure gets built - not just how it's designed or executed.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and grow a regional territory across Northern California
  • Build and maintain relationships with engineers, contractors, and owners
  • Influence project specifications and foundation design decisions
  • Provide technical support and solution-based selling for ground improvement systems
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver successful outcomes
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and project wins

What We're Looking For:

  • Background in geotechnical engineering, construction, or deep foundation systems
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with ground improvement technologies (e.g., drilled shafts, auger cast piles, helical piles, RAP systems) is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
  • PE license is a bonus, but not required
