We're hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and client engagement for a growing ground improvement solutions provider. This is a strategic, relationship-driven role ideal for someone with a background in geotechnical engineering, construction, or deep foundations who's ready to influence how infrastructure gets built - not just how it's designed or executed.
What You'll Do:
- Own and grow a regional territory across Northern California
- Build and maintain relationships with engineers, contractors, and owners
- Influence project specifications and foundation design decisions
- Provide technical support and solution-based selling for ground improvement systems
- Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver successful outcomes
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and project wins
What We're Looking For:
- Background in geotechnical engineering, construction, or deep foundation systems
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with ground improvement technologies (e.g., drilled shafts, auger cast piles, helical piles, RAP systems) is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
- PE license is a bonus, but not required
