What You'll Do
- Drive business development and expand the firm's presence in Florida's water resources market.
- Lead and deliver innovative engineering solutions in stormwater, hydrology, hydraulics, watershed planning, and resiliency.
- Grow and mentor a high-performing team, working alongside engineers, scientists, and designers across Florida.
- Shape the strategic direction of water resources services in the region and contribute to firm-wide initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted technical expert, guiding modeling, design, permitting, and planning on impactful infrastructure and resiliency projects.

What We're Looking For
- Florida Professional Engineer (PE)
- 10-15+ years of experience in water resources, hydrology, hydraulics, or stormwater engineering
- Proven success as a seller/doer-cultivating client relationships, securing work, and delivering successful projects
- Strong command of hydrologic and hydraulic modeling tools (ICPR, HEC-RAS, ICM, SWMM, StormWise, etc.)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
- Enthusiasm for practice building, mentoring staff, and advancing innovative water solutions
