This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll manage complex geotechnical projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with industry leaders on transformative developments across the U.S. and beyond.
What You'll Do:
- Lead geotechnical investigations and prepare technical reports, specifications, and construction plans
- Design foundations, retaining walls, excavation support systems, and ground improvements
- Manage client relationships, proposals, budgets, and billing
- Mentor and coach junior engineers and oversee project teams
- Perform and supervise fieldwork, including boring logs, inspections, and load testing
- Utilize advanced software tools such as PLAXIS 3D, gINT, Slide, LPILE, and more
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's in Geotechnical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 10+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
- Strong background in geotechnical investigations and construction inspections
- Proficiency in geotechnical software and report writing
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits
