Senior Project Manager-Canfield Engineering-Arizona
We are seeking a skilled Construction Services professional to support technical staff during the construction phases of engineering projects and oversee field operations. This role involves managing client relationships, meeting deadlines, developing team members, and ensuring high-quality, on-budget project delivery. Our work spans municipal and industrial engineering, with a strong focus on plant operations and safety-excluding residential construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and review project deliverables for timely client delivery
- Assign tasks and timelines to project teams
- Communicate bid specs and manage change orders
- Track and report on project changes, costs, and billing
- Monitor labor hours and ensure budget compliance
- Forecast billing and contribute to project proposals
- Support the Project Resource Manager with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of project management experience
- Background in electrical, industrial, controls, or construction management
- Familiarity with MS Project or similar PM tools
- Prior experience in a design/engineering construction services role
Skills:
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Technical aptitude for client interaction
- Proven experience in electrical and construction industries
