Senior Project Manager - Land Development

Our client is a 100% employee-owned engineering and environmental consulting firm with 1,500+ professionals across 30-plus offices nationwide, consistently ranked on ENR's Top Design and Top Environmental Firms lists. Founded over 40 years ago by four engineers and scientists on the belief that an employee-owned firm truly focused on its clients and people delivers better service, that principle still drives the culture today.

Ownership Structure

This is a genuine, direct employee-ownership model, in place since their inception. Every employee can hold real stock, with no one person owning more than 5% of the company, so ownership is broad and meaningful. The stock has consistently outperformed public markets, many non-founders hold equity positions above $1 million, and ownership isn't gated by tenure or job level. Around 55% of profits flow back to employees through bonuses and 401(k) profit-sharing. When you own where you work, you approach the job differently.

Culture - Big-Firm Resources, Family Feel

Described as "people first," the culture shows in the retention: in an industry known for turnover, many employees build entire careers here. You get the reach of a large national practice with the accessibility of a smaller shop, anchored by core values of safety, integrity, collaboration, professional development, and service excellence.
