🔧 Key Responsibilities
As a Structural Engineer, you'll play a critical role in the planning and execution of complex infrastructure projects. Your day-to-day will include:
- Designing and analyzing temporary and permanent structures including steel, concrete, and timber systems.
- Creating formwork, falsework, and shoring systems that meet industry standards and safety codes.
- Developing lift plans, jacking procedures, and earth retention systems.
- Producing clear, construction-ready drawings for field teams and fabricators.
- Collaborating with project managers and field personnel to resolve engineering challenges.
- Reviewing and refining internal engineering standards and practices.
- Supporting communication with contractors, agencies, and stakeholders as needed.

- Salary Range: $80,000 - $150,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

👷♀️ Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related field)
- EIT/FE certification preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD required; experience with Civil 3D, RISA 3D, Midas Civil, or similar tools is a plus
- Strong understanding of construction engineering principles and field operations
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
