Title: Superintendent - Commercial Construction
Salary: $90,000-$115,000 (DOE)

A well‑established commercial general contractor with a strong presence across the Mountain West is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join its Sheridan team. With decades of success, this company delivers high‑quality projects across sectors including office, healthcare, hospitality, education, and mixed‑use throughout Montana and Wyoming.
Role Overview
The Superintendent will lead all on‑site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Projects typically range from $5M to $50M.
What You'll Do
* Manage daily field operations from mobilization through closeout
* Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics
* Develop and maintain project schedules
* Enforce safety standards and ensure quality control
* Review plans/specs and resolve field issues in real time
* Partner with Project Managers on progress, costs, and reporting
* Maintain documentation including daily logs, RFIs, and punch lists
Qualifications
* 5-15+ years of commercial construction field experience
* Proven track record as a Superintendent on $5M-$50M projects
* Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, and construction methods
* Procore (or similar software) experience preferred
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
* Ability to work on site in Sheridan, WY
