Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle building automation projects, including planning, execution, and commissioning
Collaborate with engineering, field teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth integration
Oversee systems like HVAC, lighting, access controls, and energy monitoring (BMS/PLC/SCADA)
Monitor budgets, milestones, and risk management plans across multiple projects
Provide real-time updates and solutions to stakeholders at all levels
Required Qualifications
Must-have: Direct experience managing projects in data center environments
5+ years in building automation project leadership
Strong technical acumen with control systems (BMS, SCADA, PLC) and smart building solutions
Exceptional communication, remote collaboration, and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related technical field
