Key Responsibilities:
Installing and commissioning BMS hardware and software
Troubleshooting and repairing system faults and performance issues
Performing routine maintenance and system upgrades
Supporting integration of HVAC, lighting, and energy systems
Documenting work, system configurations, and service reports
Collaborating with engineers, project managers, and clients
Key Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in BMS or HVAC controls
Familiarity with Niagara N4
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
