Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review architectural details and specifications for building enclosure systems.
- Project manage engagements of varying size and complexity based on your experience.
- Pursue client contacts and opportunities. Write proposals and develop budgets for leadership review.
- Perform field investigations, condition surveys, and diagnostic testing.
- Interpret architectural drawings, structural reports, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Support business development and maintain client relationships.
- Mentor junior staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Architectural Engineering or related fields
- Master's preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Registered Architect (R.A.) license preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to travel to job sites and work at heights.
- Experience in Building enclosure commissioning and new construction.
