A well-established, employee-owned engineering firm is seeking a Civil Engineer to join its Site Development team in Spokane, WA. This role focuses on the design and oversight of infrastructure projects for residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for building better communities.

What You'll Do

  • Translate site development plans into detailed engineering drawings
  • Design infrastructure: roads, utilities, drainage, grading
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Navigate permitting and regulatory requirements
  • Develop cost estimates and manage project budgets
  • Provide construction administration and oversight
  • Support business development efforts with leadership

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related ABET-accredited program
  • 4+ years of experience in site development design
  • EIT certification required; PE license preferred or obtainable
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software
  • Strong communication and project coordination skills
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
