A well-established, employee-owned engineering firm is seeking a Civil Engineer to join its Site Development team in Spokane, WA. This role focuses on the design and oversight of infrastructure projects for residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments. What You'll Do
- Translate site development plans into detailed engineering drawings
- Design infrastructure: roads, utilities, drainage, grading
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams
- Navigate permitting and regulatory requirements
- Develop cost estimates and manage project budgets
- Provide construction administration and oversight
- Support business development efforts with leadership
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related ABET-accredited program
- 4+ years of experience in site development design
- EIT certification required; PE license preferred or obtainable
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
