Electrical Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Superintendent to oversee ground‑up and renovation projects across the Houston area. This role requires strong field leadership, a proactive approach to daily operations, and a proven ability to deliver high‑quality commercial and institutional projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all onsite construction activities from start to finish
- Oversee crews, subcontractors, scheduling, and day‑to‑day field coordination
- Enforce safety standards, quality control, and site compliance
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to monitor progress and resolve field issues swiftly
- Work closely with the Project Manager on scheduling, sequencing, and cost control
- Maintain accurate onsite documentation, logs, and reporting
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to required specifications
- Foster strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors in the Houston market
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent managing commercial and/or school projects
- Strong onsite leadership with a hands‑on approach to field operations
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and schedules
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality standards
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Experience working in the Houston construction market preferred
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain a well‑organized jobsite
