My client is seeking a capable Project Manager to join its well-established residential land development team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing projects from beginning to end, working directly with clients, and contributing to proposal development and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage residential land development projects from inception through completion, including client communication, proposal writing, and project delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Work closely with clients, mentor junior engineers, and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in land development, preferably with a focus on residential projects.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- BSc Civil Engineering and PE Licensed in Texas
- Comfortable in a hands-on role with high visibility and impact.
